The February 2011 issue of Canvas Magazine incorporates the world's first interactive printed electronic cover. Similar in scope to the renowned E-Inkā„¢ Esquire cover (October 2008), the Canvas cover incorporates printed electronics. This cover, however, differs from the Esquire cover in two important ways: user engagement and entirely printed circuitry. That's right, this cover used relatively familiar, commercially available materials and conventional printing equipment. This site gives you an overview of how the cover was made and resources to help you develop your own electrochromic printed piece.
